Strict laws need to be in place internationally. Many politicians see animal abuse as an un-important issue. What they are ALL FORGETTING, is every single serial killer, Bundy, Gassie…,all stated when interviewed they started torturing, killing animals as children. We ALL, INCLUDING YOU saw the end result!!! At one time everyone LOVED puppies. NOW I see countless petitions a week for justice because puppies, dogs, cats…are being TORTURED AND KILLED IN UNIMAGINABLE WAYS! ie: “acid poured on them, set on fire ALIVE, dragged for 20 miles behind a car, tied up beaten with bats & other objests, legs torn from their bodies, RAPED TO DEATH (SAW 2 OF THESE PETITIONS THIS PAST WEEK, SEE THEM CONSTANTLY). and the list goes on. This law needs to be passed & FAST. Int’l laws need to be in place as well. WHEN these crimes are done to humans, imprisoned, even death penalties apply. Why would it be any different for other innocent lives!!?? The possible future serial killers need to be STOPPED NOW!!! (POSTED THIS COMMENT ON THE PETITION)

Adoro a los animales y en lo k se refiere al maltrato animal me encantaria torturar a los hijos de puta k hacen lo mismo a los animales pero a ellos habria k hacerselo pero lentamente para k suftan 1000 veces ellos el horrible sufrimiento k resulta la tortura, considero k ningun ser hay humano, ni animal se merece esa tortura ni ninguna, pero hay paises en los k tienen costumbres inhumanas y k costara k todo eso cambie, pero para eso se tienen implicar gobiernos y no van a empezar una mundial por k unas pocas ONGS kieran hacer lo correcto y desde luego me duele todo eso, pero no se puede juzgar a una persona por dar una opinion.
Por k no juzgan y machacan al sacerdote hijo de puta k declaro en twitter k su plato favorito era la carne de perro a ese habia k hacerle Laverne mismo k les hacen a animales pero mantenerlo vivo como hacen lps perros.

A most disgusting treatment of this beautiful dog needs to be recognized as a crime and other tortures done do Caleb as heinous and punishable by the full set extent of the law. Then we all know Caleb’s Law needs to be enforced.

This is unacceptable, laws have to be tough to protect our helpless furry friends fro abuse and torture. People should be screened and checked before we can sacrifice an animal for their sexual pleasure and use them as cigarette astray’s 😓😢😪😥
